AES seeks a passionate and highly qualified IB English Teacher to join our high school faculty. The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for literature, a strong understanding of the International Baccalaureate (IB) program, and the ability to inspire students to excel in the English language and literature. This teacher will be responsible for nurturing critical thinking, effective communication, and a love for literature in our students, and preparing them for success in IB assessments and beyond.

Qualifications and Experience

- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build positive relationships with all stakeholders 

- Organizational and time management and follow-through 

 - Ability to participate in and establish collaborative structures

- Undergraduate Degree (BA/BS) is required; Master’s degree will be an advantage.

- Minimum three years of teaching experience required.
