The Boys’ Latin School of Maryland, an independent K-12 boys’ school, seeks an energetic full time middle school English teacher beginning in August 2023. The successful candidate will teach up to five sections, serve as an advisor to a group of middle school students, and be actively involved in all facets of school life, including coaching and/or leading co-curricular activities.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in English and at least three years of experience teaching English and writing. A master’s degree in a related field is desired.  The candidate should understand pedagogical techniques most beneficial to adolescent boys, embrace best practices for instructional technologies, and exhibit an interest in working with students of diverse backgrounds.
